This conference explored how neglect and poor care can occur within institutions despite best intentions, and how barriers can lead to service failures.  Participants reflected on how to recognise and prevent organisational neglect in practice.

This conference looked at the complexities of self-neglect, its links to hoarding, addiction and wellbeing, and the challenges it poses for healthcare professionals.  Participants engaged in discussions, reflection and shared good practice.
