LNNM ‘Ab Fab’ Awards 2025

Recognising the people who put the ‘fab’ into fabulous care!

The LNNM Ab Fab Awards are back! We’re looking for individuals and teams who go
the extra mile, bring kindness and compassion to every shift and provide exceptional care. Anyone working within Inclusion Health who’s making a real difference, can be nominated.

Nominate your Ab Fab star or team of stars today and let’s celebrate them together.

Eligibility

The awards are open to any individual or team working within Inclusion Health who goes above and beyond to support colleagues, deliver exceptional care or innovate/improve services – clinicians and non clinicians alike.

Nominations should demonstrate how the person or team has impacted on their clients, colleagues or service and embodies the values of inclusion, kindness and innovation.

How to nominate

A service or team:

1. Provide the name, address and email of the service including how many people work within that service or team.
2. State in no more than 250 words why you are nominating them, include examples of why/how they meet the judging criteria.

An individual:

1. Provide the name, address and email of the person you are nominating.
2. State in no more than 150 words why you are nominating them, include examples of why/how they meet the judging criteria.

Judging criteria

We want to hear:

● Examples of kindness, compassion and overall fabulousness
● How they have helped improve client’s care, experience and outcome
● Evidence of going ‘above and beyond’
● How they contribute to a positive, supportive, inclusive work environment
● How they are innovative, and promote or introduce new ideas or solutions to improve services
● How they share their knowledge, expertise, best practice with others
